Hurrah, another post. OK, a bit delayed this week (we moved Anime night to Monday this week, and last night I forgot to post)

Exercising is going well, continuing the walking trend. Last week I even walked the whole way home from work (around an hours walk) on Tuesday, something I hope to repeat on Friday (this Tuesday I only walked halfway). Sadly I have not improved my snacking any, but am trying to stick to fruit and low fat/sugar things.

Didn't really do much in terms of painting last week, but I built some movement trays for the Ogres out of Plasticard. The new Craftwise store at the Merrion Centre is really good! This week I will be getting on with the High Elf commission, I have sprayed the Archers and Characters tonight ready to be worked on later (I also undercoated the movement trays).

Have a big TF2 get together scheduled for Friday, which should be a blast. I haven't played that game much recently...

I picked up Dark Heresy too - haven't finished reading it yet, but it looks great! Too bad GW fucked up and decided to close down Black Industries (the people what made the game, plus WFRP and Talisman). Apparently, producing the second most bought RPG in the UK (possibly the world) and then making a 40k rpg so popular that they sold out on Pre-Order (which never happens to RPG books!) isn't good enough for the GW board (maybe it competes too much with their valuable Space Marine sales division) so they're being axed... I was really looking forward to the next 40kRP book to, as Rogue Traders are cool :(

I have also been playing RezHD via XBLA. Only got the demo so far due to lack of points, but the retarded thing doesn't accept Maestro and from experience GAME charges extra for vouchers... still, the Demo looks fantastic and has preserved the original music and impact perfectly, so will definitely get bought when we have points!

Finally, have actually been getting stuff done on projects! Last night had a project talk with one of the coders/co-designers of Saturation and thrashed out gameplay ideas, rough setting and ship design guidelines, I got a crappy sketch done too. Tonight, I have rebuilt the frames for my card game at a better size and redistributed the frame colours for the different card types - I need to get a printer and to do the artwork for some of the cards that have been created so far... also I need to get in touch with the OCTGN 2 Dev about building a version of the game for that too!
