Streak finally broken today. It's mid 70's, breezy, sunny and beautiful outside. Happy to have today off to enjoy the weather a bit...
Didn't enjoy driving all the way to the clinic in Port Huron this morning, only to be told that they were all full for the day so I couldn't get my refills. That sucks. Now I gotta wait until my day off next week and try again. Hopefully I can get in the day or I will be out of my blood pressure meds and that would not be good...
Went with Bob to his gastro appointment on Monday. Thought we were just going for a minor check-up. He got the results of his liver biopsy that was done 2 1/2 months ago. N.A.S.H. -- Non-Alcolohlic SteatoHepatitis. His doc wants him to go down to Henry Ford Hospital to speak with a transplant specialist. Might need a liver transplant a few years down the line. That is some scary ass news to recieve. His appointment isn't until the end of next month. It's gonna be a looonng wait. Damn so much for his liver "looking" good on the CatScan and it only be "fatty" liver...worried...But that's what I do best...
