No Moon For You [Active, Open]

Summary: Red XIII arrives at Dollsy, is unhappy about it. More people to come?

The first thing Red XIII noticed through his sleep-induced haze was that the air was different. It was indoor air, very still. And... mmmnn... why... did it smell so weird here? Sleepily, he cracked open his one eye, closing it again after a second before reopening it. This... was not where he'd gone to sleep. At all. He jerked awake, climbing steadily to his feet and staring around, functional eye sweeping up and down his surroundings. Marble floor, door, table, vase, flowers (they smelled pretty good, actually, if very faint), plaster--it was nowhere he'd ever been before, that was clear. It smelled clean and well-cared for, but he definitely didn't know how he'd gotten here and it definitely wasn't someplace he was supposed to be. He stood silently with his fur bristling and his hackles raised, tail lashing as he waited for something--anything--unusual or even normal to happen, but it didn't. It was just a house. An empty one that didn't belong to him. He backed up a little and turned to the door--he'd leave and find out where he was before anything else. It was, at least, one of the types that he could open easily.
Rearing up onto his hind legs, the orange-red creature planted his left paw on the door for balance and hooked his right paw onto the leverlike handle and pushed, expecting the door to swing out. It didn't. So he tried pulling, intending to back up slowly on his hind paws until he could slip through the gap. That didn't work either. The door simply didn't move at all. It didn't appear to be locked, though, and Red didn't want to damage the door to someone else's house, so he dropped back to all fours and turned around, padding carefully forward through the hallway. Maybe he could find whoever--or whatever?--lived here. Hopefully he wouldn't give them a heart attack just by existing.
"Hello?" His voice echoed slightly in the square entry.
