Perhaps he was like an overgrown puppy, letting himself be roughhoused to the ground and turning with a foxy grin on his face to continue the play.
Having an excited fox about your lower body made it very hard to stay on your feet, as Break would soon discover. A hundred plus pounds of very excited fox was more than enough to to take down one man. Sharp teeth, lean muscle, liquid grace. He was built for hunting and killing, a wild creature that shouldn't have been tamed. But he grabbed Break's coat carefully, tugging him around happily, the fabric unmarred by the powerful jaws.
His friend was back, if there was one thing that would delighted fox completely, it was his friend being back.
Watanuki laughed softly, watching the two play. It was actually really odd, he had seen the fox dangerous, he had seen the fox latch jaws and shake his head until bones shattered. But right now, he just looked like an over-sized dog, excited to see someone he had missed.
"Good morning,Break."
For just a moment, it was alright. The hellhouse felt far away.
