Hello, my treacherous friends [Open/Active]

Setting: Small library
Time: Day 17
Summary: Someone needs to find this librarian and beat them over the head until they get better taste.
Warnings: None yet.
In the absence of any crisis, finally free of Watanuki and Doumeki and even Ciel for a time, Break had decided to look for this 'Alice in Wonderland' book. If Watanuki was telling the truth then it would be an informative read, albeit a bizarre one. He'd come to the library prepared to spend hours pouring over the book and taking notes. There was a pot of tea and a few cakes on one of the tables, alongside a lovely fountain pen he'd found and a few sheets of paper. He'd pulled up a particularly plush armchair and moved one of the reading lamps to give himself more light. The only thing missing was the book. The books in the library were all the type of Proper Literature that they taught in schools to put all the students to sleep, and just reading the titles was boring him. The Mind of a Small Rock. The I, The Id, The Unworthy. Honestly, what sort of man sat down and wrote a book called The Thousandfold Thought? What was worse, they didn't seem to be organized at all, so he would have to go through each shelf hunting for Alice in Wonderland, and Watanuki hadn't even given him an author's name to go by.
The logical thing was to start from the top and work down. This way he didn't look anywhere twice, and he got the hard work out of the way first. There was a ladder, of course, but it was completely unnecessary. Break had gotten to the top shelf by climbing. His body was back in good shape, so he may as well make use of it before it broke down again. He swayed from side to side as he scanned the shelves, clinging to the one above him and standing on the one below him. It was precarious, but what fun was life without a bit of risk?
