Summary: Bad things happen to small children for the sake of a madman's scavenger hunt. The search for the components of the List begins.

Not drunk, just a little mad. It wasn't difficult to pretend, but it was fun to exaggerate. And he had hoped it would be a distraction, but from the sudden rustling and lack of response, he figured that things weren't going quite according to plan. He frowned, pausing near one of the chairs. The noise came from further off to the right, but he didn't know quite what it meant.

"Hmm?" He started out towards the noise again, with a thoughtful frown on his face. "Do we have company, Luffy?" And ever-helpful, the fox growled, but the sound was a little muffled and lower to the ground than usual... Ah. Under the couch, was he? Well, best to get him out from there. It would be quite a bother to try and ether him in such a cramped space. A smile broke across Break's face, not entirely pleasant. He crouched down, tilting sideways to 'see' under the couch. If the boy had hidden already, it was entirely possible that he remembered them. But who would expect Break to recognize him in turn when he had no eyes to see? So Break was safe, theoretically.

"Is something under here, then? That's odd, it doesn't seem like a very comfortable place to sit. Won't you come and join me?" He offered a lollipop. If all else failed he was sure that Luffy could drag the boy out, but he would rather not resort to that just yet. Break liked to play with his food.
