America was settled heavily in a chair, the air conditioning in the room cranked up, half asleep even though his eyes were open. His glasses had slid down his nose somewhat, so everything before him was a blur of shapes and colors. Not that he cared much; he was just glad it was daytime, and all those things were gone.
America wasn't sure where his energy had gone. He'd gotten sleep recently, but he still felt drained, like he was sick or something. He really wanted to go home, listen to some of his music, maybe even do some paperwork, anything normal would do.
He heaved a sigh and sunk down even more.
