The Doctor looked up from his PDA device at the man rushing towards him. He slipped it quickly back in his pocket and stepped forward, "Sam Tyler..."
No that wasn't a question.
He smiles slightly as a sort of greeting and felt like something might be missing from this situation. Maybe he should randomly hug him again. Maybe not.
Instead he glanced purposefully down at the body and stuffed his hands into his pockets.
