[Maybe because it had been a while but more likely because it was Gerard fucking Way and as much as the red head had brushed it off, that name sparked something on the lips of those that spoke it between zones. He wouldn’t just be Little Bastard after this, he’d be the little bastard who’d gone and fucked Gerard’s throat.]
I think I settled into my seat here and said aloud, "Oh I am so in." Yes, Spyder's fascination with Gerard's leadership, wildness...spyder's desire to have it, fuck it for five minutes--this. He's like a groupie in some ways. A groupie with power. And I liked Gerard's backstory on trading and trading sex. I so completely loved the intimacy that was obvious between them, not a romantic one, but one of brotherhood, of family.
AND THE END. The way you described them realizing their mates were fighting. I was like IF YOU KILL OFF FRANK I WILL LEAP THROUGH THE INTERWEB AND STRANGLE YOU, or possibly, OH NO!!!
But if you do leave Spyder and Gerard alone, well...that will be loads of dysfunction and interesting cold nights, I imagine. Yep. I like me a dysfunctional romance anyway.
