Dear occasional livejournal reader,
I am writing to let you know that i am in the mood to write political rants. I understand that this might annoy some people or they simply just don't care and that is totally understandable. I just want to give a brief and fair warning to those who don't care to read them and to look into avoiding my journal.

New Hampshire primaries were today. As long as Huckabee doesnt win again (which he didn't) then I am fairly content.
President Bush is going to Israel this week. Who here can tell me how many times he has been there so far in his presidency? I dont hear anything.... so in that case you are correct.
President Bush, who has been in office since Jan 20, 2001, has yet to go. Well, Mr. President, its about time.
Remember the first Secretary of State under the Bush Administration? Colin Powell? His goal as Secretary of State was to create peace in the middle east and especially to ease tensions between Israel and Palestine. As a United States Senator, even Hillary Clinton made it in 2005. I am disgusted and appalled by this and I just cant believe that it takes the President of the United States of America nearly 7 years to get to Israel, especially since Israel is an ally to the US.
