First weekend at Umass, already the craziness begins and I love it!
So... here was my interesting weekend...
First weekend back always has to be the major weekend.
Friday night:
Peterson and I were hanging around and got all these invites for the night. We actually weren't sure which one we should go to. However, the guys next door to us invited us first and they are cool so we decided to chill there. Everyone figured we are going to head out and go to a frat at some point but we definately needed to pre-game. So, everyone ended up hanging out over there. We really wanted to play flip cup but the boys have a really nice carpet so we ended up playing in our room. For some pictures you could check out my Yahoo link in my profile. I have awesome pictures from that night. I also made a little video from my camera, which came out amazingly well. So... I will have to add that to my computer so I could send it to people.
Well, a little after the game started and all the drinking, most people don't really remember what happened after that. Some guy passed out in my room and then later was throwing up all over the bathroom. After that I was gone and we decided to go out to a frat party. The party wasn't that good and I was already having fun with everything I did at that point so I came back to the dorm room with Peterson and Terry. I just remember calling like everyone in my phone book, but thats about it. HAHA -- that was an awesome night.
Saturday:
We got invited to a frat party with a bunch of people. We headed to the party and it didn't seem like anything major was going on -- so we decided to go to the party on route 9. We weren't sure which bus stop it was so when we got on the bus the driver said he remembered which one people got off earlier so he would stop there. He dropped us off and everyone paid to get in and everyone started drinking. However, after looking around and noticing a lot of the people I knew that were supposed to be there weren't I realized we were at the wrong party.
Earlier in the day we were all shopping in American Eagle and the girl that helped me ended up being one of the owners of the house. So, we were all talking. However, we heard that the party that we intended on going to was only a mile down everyone decided to walk it.
About 20 mins later of pure walking and not seeing a party we called some people and found out the party is right by the bridge that you cross to get to NoHo, which is a lot further than one mile. Tyler, this guy that we knew from the party, called some people and ended up getting us a ride to the party. We finally made it there and like hundreds of people were there. We all went downstairs for a bit and watched a live band. It was so hot though so we went back outside and hung out for a bit. I bumped into a few people but after awhile some of the people we were with wanted to leave. So, we walked across the street and waited at the bus stop. Then this little van like pulled over and screamed "Girls get in" and we look and it was people we knew that lived in Central. So, we got in and headed back to the school.
The guys were mooning and screaming at people on the way back. It was an interesting ride. Then after being back we went upstairs and Adriana and Anna got their keys and left. Alyssa (she lives across the hall) and I went outside to chill for a little while. Then on the way back in we bumped into some people we knew and were talking for a bit and then met these two guys John and Jimmy. It ends up that Jimmy lives in the room right below me so we hung out with him for awhile. I came back to my room around 2:30ish.
Then I talked to people online and finally got to sleep around 4 in the morning.
Sunday:
Slow, chilled day. I hung out, got some work done, and basically just relaxed. It was good times.
Class was today, nothing major. I am looking forward to this weekend. Also the first weekend in October Drewy and Marky are coming. I am so excited. I can't wait to see them!
