CHICKS on FLICKS
So, over the last week or so, my pal, AvD, and I have been working on a brand new project. A podcast! We are both avid podcast listeners and we have been talking about doing a podcast for months and this week, we saw it come into fruition!
I am super giddy (and a bit nervous) but proud of our new podcast, CHICKS on FLICKS. Its basically just AvD and I discussing and reviewing a film in each episode. They might be new flicks or old flicks or good flicks or bad flicks or flicks one of us hates. And there will probably be tangents! Oh who am I kidding - there will DEFINITELY be tangents. And I will probably talk about handsome men 25% of the time.
I just uploaded the first episode tonight! We are reviewing The Crow - one of my absolute favourite films of all time! Currently, the podcast is only available on our website (we’re in the iTunes queue!) but if you have an hour, click the image above and please give it a listen!
Please let me know what you think. I am certainly on a learning curve with this baby. Learning a lot about recording podcasts - what to do, what not to do, and trying not to talk over each other. I say “uhm” a lot. I am also learning about audio editing, levels, publishing podcasts, and coding RSS feeds for iTunes. The latter being the biggest pain in my ass. Still, its fun! And I am very excited to see where the podcast goes.
