I ran. Right when everything went back to normal. The only good thing about those dreams was that it made me want to stay awake as long as possible.

Not sure. I'm hoping to work out something with a couple of people I know.

[Probably Vash and his crew, they're the only ones who know how to deal with Legato. Though whether she really believes they can keep her safe is up in the air.] ... Do you think he'll come into the village and cause trouble or something?

I don't know. [Of course Amelia hopes he won't, but she can't really say. It's not impossible though. Legato doesn't strike her as someone who won't make use of innocent bystanders. Amelia's been thinking about that from the start, and she's already come to a decision about it.]

If he does, I'll do what I have to to stop it.

... So you can fight against... what he does? [That would be outright amazing if she could, and at the same time make her just as terrifying as him, because then who knew what Amelia was capable of.]

No. Probably the only chance I'd have would be if I could get a shot off before he knew I was there.
