I haven't finished explaining yet, commander. The charts she took were old, outdated, so the incident was isolated. However a search in her quarters under my authorization soon afterwards yielded some rather interesting results.

We found some rather... detailed plans for the ship. While I'm aware that mechanics do have access to the plans, Miss Marx's ones were... rather too detailed for a general floor plan of the ship.

My sincerest apologies, but I've only received the results of the search just barely half an hour ago. I had to look through to see if there were any discrepancies before contacting you. Plus, there was no guarantee that my search could've yielded such results and I didn't want to waste the first mate's precious time if the search had turned out nothing.

Time really is of no relevance... but if you insist, I only requested the search a few days ago. Major Hijikata can attest to that, if you're so uncertain. If you're done asking, sir, I'll deliver the report personally to your quarters if you're available at the moment...?
