I got a D on my biology exam, C on Astronomy exam, B on speech exam. Sin City tonight if Altman finds a showtime after I get off work. Didn't play HL2 all day. Didn't let Boxcar out, either. Copy of Hitchiker's Guide to the Galaxy broke clean in half along the spine from the weight of holding the book open. Tim from The Office plays Arthur in the movie; Mos Def, Ford Prefect; Alan Rickman, Marvin the Depressed Robot. John Malkovich is in it, don't know who as. April 29. Looks good.

When I first noticed (seventy seconds ago) that my Hitchiker's Guide, copyright 1979, was a first edition, I thought, "That still doesn't justify it literally falling apart in my hands," followed by the realization that destroying a first edition is shameful. Then I felt bad and decided to post about it.
Then I re-read it. "First American edition, published 1980".
Fuck that.
For my birthday I'd like a new copy. Preferably pre-film.
Preferably post-first-edition.
