Reading books. I am reading Lonesome Dove by Larry McMurtry. If you are a fan of reading I highly suggest this book. I cant put it down.
I absolutely love the fact that I can lay in bed, and read about there encounters with indians, and feel as if I am right there with them.
I really truely do believe that I was born 200 years too late. I would fit right in with these guys. They would rather be killed than to have their name disgraced. A seveteen year old boy named newt got lost in a storm during the cattle drive, and got approached by 5 indians. Newt knew that they wanted the 50-60 cattle that he had followed in the storm, and being a nice guy he was willing to give them maybe 2 or 3 heads of cattle, and if they didnt find that reasonable he would have to pull his pistol, and die an honorable death.
Augustus McCrae is a man of morals. He loves a woman named Clara who he hasnt seen in 16 years, and when the most beautiful whore in south Texas says "gus take me to california" He declines because he has to find Clara. I fucking love that about books they almost never let you down.
