"Who Do Voodoo? We Do Voodoo!..."

VooDooGlowSkulls suckas! I finnaly got to see them Iv been a fan for a while as it is but have always missed seein them untill last night but it was well worth the wait! First up we couldnt get any one to go so Tim and I went alone but hey there loss. So we got there and missed the first two bands but people said they were just ok. Then up came a really super cool abdn that I had never seen before. GoBettyGo from LA. They are four very cute girls playing some really rad music. They have vocals remanicent to Blondie over a kinda Desendents style pop punk. So very good band were the drummer had an awsum drum solo in the middle of the set! We need more drum solos in punk rock and cool ones not crappy metal ones like slipknot does. So definatly check them out @ www.gobettygo.com they are really nice to we talked with them a bit after the set and they asked us to send them a copy of our cd and shtuff. So next up was Big D and The Kids Table. For all of you who dont know Big D they are another must listen to. They are a really awsum ska band from boston who are a lot of fun to watch live. And lastly on came the main attraction the Voodooglowskulls. INteresting set that started with a big fog machine thing then out came the singer wearing like a Mexican Wrestler mask thing! It was crazy shit but they put on a really good set and there was singin and skankin all over the place! So after wards I talked to Ted Toll the guy who runs all the step up's shows and introduced out band to him and he said he will definatly give us a listen and consider having us as an opening act for bigger bands like VGS when they come through Albany so we'll let you guys know how that goes so you can come out and support us and see some really cool bands besides us to! As for our shows we have none set in stone as of right now but we are looking at RI in december, Johnstown in December, Ohio in the near future and now maybe even Texas! all right well thats all for now kids take care stay lovely and keep rockin!
