Gonna Learn To Cook

As soon as I finish typing this, I'm going to go downstairs and cook myself an omelette. It's gonna just be eggs and cheese, because I don't really want ham in it and we don't have salami. From there, I'm just gonna start learning, in baby steps, how to be a good woman in the kitchen. Half the reason's because I don't want to live on canned soup and ramen forever (although I'm totally cool with it, a diet of Beef Maruchan just isn't going to keep me healthy), and the other half is because I want to cook Kristina some good food from time to time. Back a few years ago when she graduated high school, I had just gotten some dessert cookbooks for my birthday. I was gonna make her brownies for a graduation present. It was gonna be smooth pimpin' like none other. Problem was, it didn't quite have the substance it should have had. It ended up being chocolate in a bag. We called it 'bag-o-brownie', and it tasted great, but much could have been said for the presentation. I'm going to learn to do all the stuff right, though. Then my ramen's gonna taste even -better-.

My optical mouse's mousewheel went super-gay, and I need the mousewheel for most of what I do (scrolling documents and webpages, playing games). I ganked a shaman... er, ganked a mouse from the other room, with a working mousewheel, but it's not optical so the cursor moves whenever I lift the mouse off the pad. Gaaaaaay. How am I supposed to play CS:S? Kristina said she's bringing me and cordless, optical mouse though, that she stole from school or work or extended family or whatever. :)
