NEED A PLACE TO STAY?!
Okay, so I've got an offer from some friends of mine (specifically, grengore and droz666) to move in with them for a VERY cheap amount per month. But that leaves me needing someone to replace me in my lease here. Some of you have seen my place, and some of you haven't. It's a nice apartment. Two bedrooms, although one of the rooms is used for storage by my 'roommate'. She will pay you $250 a month to keep the stuff here, and she hasn't stayed here a single night since I moved in 5-6 months ago.
The rent here is $765/month, but with the $250 from the roomie, you'll only be paying $515/month + utilities.
The address is 5902 Memorial Hwy, Tampa, FL 33615, and the complex is called Camden Bay Pointe. There are laundry facilities on site, as well as a gym, pool, and spa. The apartment is RIGHT next to the office and the pool, and right across the parking lot from the dumpster, so it's very well placed within the complex.
If you aren't looking for a place, ask around your groups of friends, see if you can find anyone.
I need to be out by the end of December. PLEASE HELP ME OUT PEOPLE!
