Taking advice...
I'm going to take some advice from a very good friend of mine. You will see neither hide nor hair from me on LJ for at least one week. I'm taking some time to get my own head straight, and continue the search for some professional help. Some of my friends have shown their true colors tonight, and I will never be able to say thank you enough to show them how grateful I am. I am sure some of my other friends will show their true colors this week. I just hope I'm able to accept things the way they fall out.
I will not be posting or responding to posts on LJ for the upcoming week. You have my number if you want to talk to me. If you don't, it's 813-361-2356. Call me anytime, day or night.
Please understand one thing, though. I'm already down. There's no need to kick me any more. If you want to vent at me, I'll be happy to listen, but I won't take abuse. If you would like to offer criticism, again, I'll be happy to take it, but I will not tolerate being berated. Believe me, I'm doing enough of it myself.
