No Joke:
We just sent one of our Managers on some sensitivity and interpersonal communications training.
I just asked her how it went and she told me "it sucked"
She showed me the materials she came back with and a Certificate of Achievement fell out of her notes.
I said "oh look, they even gave you a certificate"
and she said "I know, it's so Gay!" and then started laughing.
