Slowly but surely my solo trip to LA / Vegas is on the horizon. I've downloaded two city guides for my Ipod, found vegassolo.com for tips. Now all I need is stuff to do in LA for the evenings after the Reality Rocks convention.
I will admit travelling on my own is a bit of a scary proposition but if I plan well, stay safe and I know that if I have to get back to my hotel I'll just take a cab I think I'll be ok.
To think I actually have the ability to travel now. Granted I've been to LA once for work years ago and the usual Bellingham / Seattle type trips but to go on this adventure is amazing. To make things even better Julie and I are hitting New Orleans for the Grand Masquerade in September. I'll do my best to keep sending photo updates and checkins for whatever I am doing.
I get to see Michael who I used to work with at Virgin when in LA. the one sucky thing is the day after I leave Vegas, that's when he gets there. No justice in this world I tell ya.
