Notes: So, I don't even know. Some Jack Frost/Snow Queen/Hades and Persephone sort of thing with tragic ice king Louis waiting for spring. (Take a guess as to who spring is.) I wanted to draw Louis and something wintry, and I wanted to try doing some texture.
