some of you know that im in florida, this is my blog from myspace about it.
after the 14+ hours of traveling, i made it to daytona beach, and after nearly 48 hours with no sleep, it makes you feel like youve been going for much more than that.
the hotel im staying at is waaaaaaaaay to good for my blood, but fuck it. its nicer than anything i have at home, except my room, and my car. the bed im sleeping on is probably one of the best beds ever. i sunk into it, and i can lay out spread eagle and not have any of my body hanging over the side. only thing missing is a naked girl. the food is outstanding, but expensive, as is the bar, but i found a karaoke bar down the road, i think ill be seeing what they got soon.
i got into orlando at 4:30 and waited for an houra nd a half for a damn rental car. the line was bad, but i was given a free upgrade to a charger, which is perfectly fine with me. makes me feel alot more comfortable driving around here. people are idiots worse than in oregon. while i dont mind being blown past by another car when im doing 80 miles an hour on the freeway, but when they cut you off and hit the brakes hard so they can avoid being shot by radar, or when they are doing 50 in a 70 and wont let you pass because they are fuckin assholes... just drive safely, jesus, is it that hard?
i just finished a 3 hour drive around this area, apparently im not on the US mainland. weird. this place is just like oregon with its many many tourist traps, except warmer, no hills, and no evergreen trees.
im not sure what im doing tomorrow, but it will probably just be lounging around the hotel, taking advantage of the hot tub, the pool, and the spa.
