Today  so far
one carrot aprox 30 cal with fat free ranch
4 cups coffe w/ powder creamer aprox 20 cal
2 sticks gum 10 cal
1 low fat yogert 80 cal
1 can bamboo shoots 15cal
1 can mushrooms 40 cal
1pice of bread 40 cal
total 235

2 vodka and soda. I'm counting hard liquor seprate sence your body disposes of it diffrently with a limit of 8 shot hard liquor per week.
