It's really funny how There are things conastantly bombarding me.  including my own mind.
I can't get things out of my mind!
girls, snickers video games, Publix subs, all of this stuff clouding and covering my mind and thoughts.

then 
there it is.

this still small creak of a voice saying....

be still,
sit still and spend some time with me.
why is my human nature always running.
be still O great noise!
