#21 // Picspam: My Top 5 TV Shows
This is my first ever picspam. I had a great time with it and I'll definitely do more in the future!
So here are my five favorite TV shows, in no particular order. It was so hard just to stop here because there are so many great shows out there that I love. But I didn't have the time to do more than five right now... haha. I hope you enjoy!!
This show had everything. Wit, charm, suspense... I loved every minute of its three short seasons.
Veronica was very easy relate to because she was feeling a lot of the things most people in high
school feel like at some point in their lives. She also had this amazing relationship with her father
which was just amazing. I loved this show even more because my mom and I watched it together all
the time. I really hope the movie happens and the original cast comes back for it!
This show was gone way before its time. It may not have lasted for even an entire season, but it is
still one of my favorite shows to this day. The crew of Serenity was a family. They watched out for
each other. And there was something about each character that I could relate too. Many of the episodes
were funny but also had a serious side which I liked. My favorite episode to this day is still Out of Gas.
I really loved seeing how every person ended up on the ship to form the sort of disfunctional family they
are today. And even though FOX canceled it (hate FOX!!) at least we got a movie. :D
Oh Supernatural. What to say?? I got into this show about a year and a half ago. It's funny
because my dad actually started watching it when it was first on but for whatever reason I
wasn't interested in watching it with him. But how wrong I was! I love everything about it. It can
be an extremely funny show and then be totally serious and heartbreaking. And I love the
relationship Dean and Sam have. They would do anything for each other. And I made my mom
watch all the seasons with me so now I have someone to enjoy it with on Thursday nights. :)
I almost feel like a bad fan with this choice. I was originally into CSI:Las Vegas for the longest
time. I watched the first seven seasons and thought it was the greatest thing. But then some of
the characters started irritating me and the story lines were getting boring. I stuck it out through
the eighth season, but at the same time I was starting watching reruns of CSI:NY. This past
summer I got caught up with all the seasons and now I'm completely into it. I love each and
every character. The story lines are great and in this CSI we actually get to see into the personal
lives of the characters. I especially love crime shows because I always try to figure out who did
it. I'm usually wrong, but it's still fun! (Plus Ed and Madison from Supernatural are in it!)
I have to admit I only started watching this because I heard Dominic Monaghan was going to be
in it. But after the first few episodes I really started getting into it. There is such a diverse group of
characters, all struggling to come to terms with crashing on the island. All of them have complicated
pasts. Many felt they could start over on the island where no one knew anything about their past life.
The flashbacks also added something different to the show that I've never really seen done on
another show before. It was a great way to get to know more about each character every week.
There are many times watching this show when I'm completely confused and frustrated that my
questions are not being answered, but I cannot give up watching this show. It has me completely hooked!!
