It's been a while, I know. I've kinda mostly given up on LiveJournal, so I only come back to check my friends page once in a blue moon. However, there are a couple of things I wanted to fill y'all in on (Heh...if there's anyone still reading this :P

Jumping straight into the last episode of the first series seemed like a better approach.
However it does raise a few questions. As with the episode Unbroken, if Cara is not where she is 'supposed' to be then how will Darken Rahl arrive in time to stop the Seeker from gaining the power of Orden?
Maybe invoke Wizard's Second Rule here - Zedd rescues Cara from Stowcroft and flees to Westland, but Cara's family are not so fortunate. Maybe the Mord'Sith could be Grace, Cara's older sister.
Why is it that Richard's attempt to use Orden created this alternate timeline, did he do something differently than in the original episode?
I sort of dig the notion of Richard being unstuck in time, skipping like a stone on a pond and seeing glimpses of history unfolding until he finally lands fifty years in the future. But it might not work with the rest of the story.
Last of all, I'm not sure how things would unfold between Cara and Kahlan in this alternate timeline. But to go through with the dangerous plan of combining the magic of confession and Orden... well you saw the conversation Richard and Kahlan had about Richard becoming enslaved to her will.
I'm into Lost Girl too so I will definitely check out some of your fics for that. Except I haven't even seen season 3 yet so, spoiler city.
