Chanter's Board Quest: Maleficar in Darktown

Cullen had received word that a group of maleficar gather together every week in the shadows of Darktown. For nights he and his fleet had been patrolling the streets but the long nights spent there went unrewarded. Not this night though. Tonight, he would have help-someone more adept with the shadows than he or his templars.

So there he waited, at the lobby of the Hanged Man for his companion. Bianca should come down at any minute now.
