Lost

Anders is on the run, yet again but this time, he is no longer in the Fereldan setting. Having left the Wardens under orders from the Warden-Commander. Anders smirked to himself as he remembered the look on the Warden's face when he was returned to the Keep by a platoon of Templars. The mage managed to find one of the storehouses for the Circle's phylacteries and broke at least fifteen of them in hopes that one of them was his. (None of them were though.) Not wanting a fellow Warden captured by the Templars, the Warden-Commander gave Anders a 'mission' of getting the hell away from Amaranthine as fast as he could. Anders thought that he could outwit the blighted Chantry-folk by going to the Free Marches where no Warden outpost could possibly protect him (he figured they'd be checking the different Keeps first). Kirkwall in particular. As he descends the large boat at the docks, a pack with the little belongings he had slung over his back, he notices that Kirkwall isn't exactly what he had in mind.

Templars were everywhere. He could see at least one within a 50 foot radius of each other. The small hairs at the back of his neck stiffened. It was a good thing he decided to ditch his staff and wear common clothes for once. He had let his hair fall loose, mussing it up a bit and letting a few strands fall to his face to avoid anyone from recognizing him. He quickly made his way out of the Docks into the part of Kirkwall locals called Lowtown. A contact of his had told him to look for a certain tavern called the Hanged Man for he was sure to find the help he needed to maintain his low profile-- or at least to find somewhere to stay.
