we will go from this
to this

as requested by orange_midnight

I use photoshop cs and I don't know if this is translatable. sorry.

I started with the screencap here and cropped it to this

  1. duplicate the layer three times.
  2. set the top to soft light at 100%. set the other two to screen at 100%. leave the base alone.
  3. new layer filled with #0B3B57 set to soft light 100%.
  4. new layer filled with #EEF1BF set to soft light at 50%.
  5. new layer filled with #996699 set to soft light at 100%.
  6. new layer filled with #F4B64B set to color burn at 35%.
  7. then I took this texture
by ewanism, flipped it horizontal and set it to soft light at 100%.
  8. and you end up with:

your layers should look like this

you can also add #F1BFDA between steps 3 and 4. set to softlight at 100%. this method (minus the texture) was used on these:

don't follow this tutorial exactly. I highly suggest playing around with the opacity of the layers. it really all depends on your base. If you have any questions, feel free to ask. I won't bite, promise.

I hope this was useful and I would love to see what you come up with!
