"Well," she added after a moment, regarding some outfits that seemed to be for a much....older body than the one Evangeline had, "not all of them."

Considering who her boyfriend and best friend were, this shouldn't be surprising. "I think it's neat. But doesn't some of this stuff require two people to put on properly?"

Idly, Evangeline began to mutter something, lac li lac lilac..., and idly gave a flick of her hand. A few seconds later, one of her many, many dolls, this one a simple marionette with strange, wide eyes, began to stir. Evangeline moved her hand to lift the doll; she pulled her hand back and it lurched forward; she brought her hand down a little and it landed. When Evangeline settled her arm back at her side, the marionette (it's strings, it would be notice, had been removed) started picking up the mess Evangeline had made.
"I manage," she said, noticing how drained even such a single spell had left her. It certainly wasn't the old days anymore, when she could do something like this effortlessly, practically in her sleep...
