Anthony opened the door to the boy's dormitory, not expecting anyone to be inside so early in the evening. He was surprised to find a forlorn-looking Aldrick moping around his bed, which happened to be surrounded by various Valentines Day-themed souvenirs and gifts. Anthony tried to mask the look of disgust on his face as he approached his own bed and stashed the ample supply of sweets he had just received from Padma.
Slightly because he didn't want to be rude, but more because the silence made him feel awkward, Anthony greeted Aldrick with a grunt and a murmured "'Lo Bradley."
Aldrick was concentrated on trying to catch a faerie that had escaped one of his cards and trying to stop himself from sneezing because of the odd mixtures of perfumes that filled the air.
The faerie giggled and twirled herself in front of Al's mirror and the boy just rolled his eyes. "Hello there Goldstein? Not quite the ladies man are you?" He sneered, when feeling bad it always made him feel better making others feel worst when it came to the area he succeeded at: girls.
The vision of Aldrick chasing a faerie around their room made his words seem ridiculous to Anthony. "Pfft, yeah whatever, Bradley," he said turning away from his despised classmate and roommate. "You're the master apparently," he added, the sarcasm practically dripping from his voice.
