As much as I'd like to, I'm going to have to pass on this particular half-chewed morsel of friendship. Thank you though, and I hope you don't think this is a reflection of my feelings for you.
what am i, a mother bird, regurgitating food for you cuz you can't chew it yourself? it's made with whole-grain wheat bread... and homemade "desert star holly" jam, that kinda smells like tea.
so you eat no sugar at all? major will power, good job. i used to do that when i was doing the south beach diet, but i eat em now. i'm trying the balance thing out, if i can't swing it i'm gonna go back on the diet.
Every once in a while I'll eat something if it has a very small amount of refined sugar, but otherwise I won't eat any refined sugar. I do eat fruit and carbs and I even sometimes have honey and fruit juice. It's just the refined stuff is awful for you anyway, even if you aren't hypoglycemic, so I seldom feel bad about not eating it.
i really like honey, and it has really good benefits, though i'm not sure what they are. it's like milk, milks really good for you (in ways other than the calcium). honey and milk... hey, milk and honey, like the burt's bees lotion. i almost got some the other day, but instead i got kiss my face, something like "moisture crazy" it's citrus lavender scented. also got some shikai "sandalwood amber" lotion. i sat on the floor of the vitamin cottage in front of the lotions, testing and comparing them for about 15 minutes. it was awesome.

The jam does sound good, but I bet it has sugar in it and that the peanut butter does too. Therefore I cannot eat them.
