mmmmm?
haven't updated in a while cause i'm just sooo busy at work. ha! that's a lie. my boss has been out a lot and finally today i should be getting the next project which i'll be working on with tomi, the other intern. she's actually from my school but i never met her. we work really well together.
i'm thinking of maybe doing another internship either before or after i graduate within advertising. i'd really like to work for publicis or leo burnett, even though i know how big they are and hard to get. most of these big ad agencies have offices in new york and in paris. however, there is a big difference. new york isn't stingy.
the weather here as been so cold that i've been wearing winter clothes practically. although i'm not complaining because this morning it was still unbearable in the crowded rush hour metro. ugh. there was a pierre look-a-like standing next to me. he even had the same exact blue eyes and slightly rosy cheeks.
so the major disaster of the week: after i came back from running the in the drizzly rain, i was stretching and listening to john legend pretty loud. all of a sudden the loudest crashing/breaking noise could be heard miles away. the shelf in my kitchen completely fell and all my dishes and glasses and bowls fell. there was about 10 inches of glass everywhere. i was only able to salvage like 10 things. the moroccan plates didn't make it, but i know people that could get replacements for me.
besides that, while i was cleaning up for an hour or so, i started to get the sniffles and sneeze non-stop. turns out, i have a cold now. just from running outside for like 40 minutes when it was raining. super! i love paris! yaya!
so this week end i'm making a trip to casa to see if they have the same set of bowls/plates cause they were so cute and cheap too! if not, i'll have to make the trip out to ikea. as for the shelf, i need a MAN to fix that for me. mmm.
speaking of men, there are some pretty interesting fellows here at Y&R but i feel like i might never meet them. we'll see.
ok i am currently obsessed with: those 100 calorie packs, beef jerkey?, volumizing spray, TI, and the pearl ring my sister gave me!
