Cherry Pie Will Fix Anything
Another cold week, winding up with, you guessed it, more white stuff. It's only made it to just above freezing. There's enough sleet mixed into the drizzle to start leaving white patches. A lot of rental cabins here are temporary homes to spring breakers. Sorry folks.
Me? I'm done with errands and taking advantage of the unfit weather to catch up on computer chores. And, I'm pretty darned cheerful because I popped the last of the Mrs. Smith's frozen cherry pies into the oven. The flaky juiciness of it sends me into ecstasies that no amount of cold, wet grayness can touch. Add a cup of perfect coffee and I might as well be in Hawaii.
