Vegan Thanksgiving : Year #2
As you know I don't celebrate thanksgiving, but it is an excuse to make a delicious autumn meal for me and Bosko while all my roommates are away celebrating.
Kerry's dinner: Sweet Potato Fries with Cajun Dipping Sauce, Breaded Asparagus, and Lemon Ginger Waffles with homemade Blueberry Syrup
Bosko's dinner: Vegan Kibble with mashed sweet potatoes and chickpea gravy...and nibbles of everything I had :)
