Well, I work my "lats" and "pecs" 3 times a week so I guess that's pretty serious.

no, I mean about substitute teaching and making them do jumping jacks the whole time till they fell down.

I applied for the substitute teacher job, but they said they'd accept no substitutes...only the real thing. So my "Jumping Jack-Off" never got off the ground. Just think, some little kid will never have the satisfaction of going home and telling his mom he beat all his buddies in a jack-off competition.
