I never thought much of The Cure I only knew thier famous hit Just Like Heaven.I remember browsing music and I ran into thier album Pornography since then I've been in love with thier music. Like thier albums Faith and Seventeen Seconds but, Pornography is just the best!

Pornography is hardcore. First time I ever heard it I was like, WTF is this crap? It took a few listens and completely changed my whole approach to music, and influenced me away from poppy stuff as a teen.

Same thing happened to me but, it was Bauhaus that got me into this music.
But I so chose The Cure over Bauhaus anytime.

Really? No offense but that album is alright to me.
Pornography is just so dark and brilliant.
That was was the time when Robert Smith was going through
some serious shit and you can really hear what he was going through in this album.You can already tell it has a lot of strong emotion in just the first song and line of one hundred years "it doesnt matter if we all die".

this song is fab! I meant that I love almost all the songs, it's just in the desintegration I love them all completely)), so if I had to choose my fave album I'd chosen this. But there are plenty more songs that I love none the less)))

You should try 'Bloodflowers'. The album flows through so well.
