The DMV, where the freaks of humanity are collected. When I got there I was instantly in line behind some lady who was full on talking to herself, kind of scary that she will be driving with these passengers in her head. Then there was some wigger there that I can only hope was drunk because he was giving everyone who came in shit, even what appeared to be an autistic teen with his father, sketchy. but I'm all set until 2012.
