So I went to google news today instead of my general sources, and saw
this article as one of the main stories. I'm not going to debate the importance of this celebrity's weight loss (I have no idea who this guy is) but I find myself completely unable to understand the article. It specifically says the guy lost weight after he went on a diet that "really [avoids] grains and starches, so meats and vegetables and fruits are my diet." It also says "diets don't work." I'm so confused. Perhaps celebrity news is just on a level beyond me.
As for my diet, I'll be happy if I can go down 3 more pounds. My weight gain seems to have leveled off a little, so mostly I'm focusing on upping the amount of exercise bike I do (yet not injuring myself.)
