I had a very interesting ride back to the farm from cnu. No seriously,
I don't think I'd really ever had a true conversation with Maxx before,
known that kid since we were little, yet we'd never really talked
before. I think, and hope, that we might be spending a little more time
together. Not like that you weirdo, he's dating Amy, another hometown
friend of mine!
When I got back to the house... Bobby actually took notice to my
existance! The fact that I have to make a point about it rather saddens
me, you shouldn't have to jump for joy when your younger sibbling
willingly gives you a hug after being away for so long, it should just
... happen.
Just talked to my mom for a good bit. I really do love her, and the
fact that she's always so happy to see me again. Daddy too, he was
really upset that he wasn't wearing his "CNU Dad" sweatshirt upon my
arrival, but then Mom found it for him ... and he was happy. I really
really really love my
parents. It is kind of sad that both my brothers are running off to
stay the night at their friends houses on the night I come back. But
what am I supposed to do, they're on break too.
It was snowing here earlier. It's freezing and I love it! Ok, so it wasn't really snowing more
like ... flurrying, a bit. But still, it makes me smile. I love winter
so much, and because of last year these holidays mean a lot to me. A
hell of a lot. Unfortunatly I feel really lonely because of that very
reason, I'll find a way to keep myself distracted though. At least,
I'll really be trying to...
Damn barn owl, it's apparently made our roof a nest... so I don't get
to go out and lay on the roof to stargaze tonight, or any other night
while I'm here for that matter. I'd really like to watch the stars
again, I miss them so much, they hide from cities. Here on the farm,
they seem brighter and more crisp in the winter, I think they're more
beautiful in winter. Don't get me wrong, they are like warm all knowing
eyes in the summer, and still glorious to watch as they wink at you,
but in the winter... they are dimonds.
