Hit the road, jack..
Hello Hello. I'm sitting here waiting for Audrey to finish getting ready so we can take a little road trip this afternoon. :-D It'll be a blast, even if we're just going for 5 hours. ::sigh::
Speaking of roads.. yesterday on our way back to my house, we saw 7 billy goats crossing the road! I thought crossing cows were strange..but billy goats? That's just weird. Yes, Yes, this just shows that Sara lives in the middle of nowhere. Last night I got asked if Udall was in Kansas. Sheesh.. people need to learn their kansas geography! ;)
Yesterday we had a blast.. Audrey took first in her golf tournament! Congratulations!! I think she owes it all to her fabulous, wonderful golf cart driver. *winkwink* :-D And she was trying to make me think she sucked.. :-p Heh heh.. After the golf tournament we went to the awards banquet in Andover. That was great too, only.. I need to listen to Audrey's dad more I guess..because he told me not to eat the brisket, but I ate a little bit and got sick! Yuck! I got very little sleep last night because of my upset tummy, so we took a 5:00 drive to Dillon's to get me some Pepto-Bismol. I was too awake, so I stayed up until 6 writing an email that I didn't send.. and woke up again at 9 to meet my parents at church. My tummy still hurts! Looks like I'll be taking the pepto-bismol with us today. Blehh..
And now for some of Sara's words of wisdom:
*Don't hang out with people after midnight that you've only talked to a couple times
*Don't eat the brisket at dinner when other people say it's bad
*Don't take walks at 4:30 in the morning
*When you've had too much to drink, people WILL laugh at you when you put one finger in your nose and another in your ear. (hahahaha)
