looking at the amount of junk i always have to clear every time i pack my room, i hereby solemnly promise that i will always think twice before bringing junk home or buying junk. just become something is free or someone is threatening to throw it away or thrusting it into your hands, DOESN'T MEAN YOU HAVE TO BRING IT HOME. just because something is nice or aesthetically pleasing or could possibly be usable in a non-constructive way, DOESN'T MEAN I HAVE TO OWN IT. I DON'T HAVE TO BE SENTIMENTAL ABOUT EVERYTHING. IT WILL NOT INCREASE IN VALUE. THERE WILL NEVER BE THAT PART OF MY WALL OR SHELF TO PUT UP ALL THIS DECORATIVE/DISPLAY STUFF. I WILL NEVER (have time to) READ THIS AGAIN. IF I HAVE NEVER EVER USED IT IN THE LAST X YEARS, I WILL NOT BE USING IT IN THE NEXT X YEARS.

so i end up packing the junk, and some time later taking it out and repacking it. sometimes i am a lot more ruthless and actually throw things away. but it never diminishes.
but i do need to buy more organiser sets/boxes.
