Just tooling around trying to add some of the rest of the team to this comm's interests, and I found that, according to Flashpoint's Wikipedia page (via the CTV character bios), Jules used to be an RCMP officer.

So who's going to write me the AU where it's Fraser, and not a female RCMP officer, that sets rebellious teenage Jules on the right path? *g*
