Summer Hiatus
Just in case any of you are wondering, no, I haven't been beaten to death by a baseball bat or gotten into a prestigious American university without even trying, so have no fear folks.
As I'm sure most of you are aware (and probably sick of hearing about) I was/am still suffering from writers' block and a severe case of 'Skins-was-taking-over-my-life' and because of that I haven't been around much lately. Instead I'm trying to go back to being a normal human and enjoying my summer as I should be, outside in the fresh air surrounded by my friends, and I must admit I'm loving every second of it.
So, basically I just thought I'd drop in and say a quick hello to everyone and say that I hope you're all having great summers so far. Apologies to anyone whose fics and entries I am massively behind on, I will try my hardest when those winter months roll round to catch up with everything that's been happening here in lj land.
(And I do promise to return during those dreary, cold months when all you want to do is huddle inside and get writing/read/watch Skins goodness and hopefully make progress on that long talked about and yet sadly put off fic I've mentioned in earlier posts - I'm keeping my fingers crossed that the lovely and talented twistomatic will still be up for getting stuck in and helping me with it♥)
Until then people, enjoy your summers and a massive GOOD LUCK to everyone who is taking part in the SkinsBigBang! I can't wait to see what you all come up with.
