Oh, I am so with you on love for Sara Bareilles, especially Gravity, it's such a gorgeous song and I adore Rachael Yamagata, Worn Me Down was a song I played on repeat for a long time a couple of years back.

Can't go wrong with Missy Higgins, both her albums are good listens from start to finish :) (very excited to see you'll be continuing The Artist on for two more chapters by the way, that story is exquisite♥)

I can totally relate to listening to songs that just get you in the mood to - this has nothing to do with writing at all but whenever I have to take an examination of any kind I always have to listen to Tegan and Sara - Speak Slow and I have no idea why other than it gets me buzzed up!

My new idea is for a multi-chapter AU E/N and it's in really early stages of planning (although I did start a first draft of the first chapter just yesterday) and I'm working (and titling the fic/chapters) from Matt Nathanson's album 'Some Mad Hope' - it feels really good to be working on a bigger fic project than just one-shots again, I'm quite excited :D
