Okay, bloody hell! This was better than anything I had in my head. It was excellent.

I was chuckling throughout the banter - you really do write them together so well. And a bit of Katie love was definitely needed.

That hawtness was... um, HOT. Seriously. Katie being hoisted up onto the sink? UNF FOREVER. And how you made it about them feeling less lonely for a bit. I wish we'd seen some of this in the show (except without the fucking because, well, duh).

It was all excellent, but these two bits stood out for me before you fried my brain:

...wanting to spend all of her free time with her face buried in Naomi’s minging muff. - LOL!! I did splutter at this. Thanks.

...leaving Katie behind once again to deal with a mess that wasn’t even hers. - I think this is how Katie feels a lot of the time, you know? Like, Emily being gay was never a mess to clear up, but it sort of was to Katie. She didn't want that to be who her sister was so she tried to change it.

Katie's grown a lot, but you keep the essence of her here - the dry, quick wit, the sarcasm and everything that lies behind it.

And Naomi feeling sorry for herself is never something that Katie wants to see - she doesn't do pathetic, and she'll tell people as much when they are.

I think this would have worked just as well without the fucking, but for obvious reasons I'm glad it was here ;) Do you get what I mean by that?

Appropriate icon is appropriate, huh? God, I loved that scene. S4 needed more K/N scenes!

I'm glad you enjoyed this, lovely :) I'm not even sure how it happened to be honest, it just sort of came out of nowhere and typed itself.

Nothing like Katie thinking about Naomi's minging muff, right? ;)

Yeah I totally agree, I think that was definitely the impression Katie gave off in S3, like, not that she was necessarily homophobic but just that she felt it was all such a mess that she knew her parents, especially Jenna, would never let go and possibly part blame Katie for considering she is the oldest twin.

I think it probably could have worked without the sex too but I really just felt like Naomi would want to feel something, especially something close to punishing her for what she's done to Emily (although Emily is hurting her already) and I think Katie just needed to feel desirable still (and that's why she kissed Thomas in the ep) so it kind of made sense in my mind for them to use each other just to take what they both needed and be okay with it because it wasn't about them together.
