I may or may not have jammed out to this version of "Friday". Apparently if Jimmy Fallon raised 26k for DonorsChoose then Stephen Colbert had to come and perform it on his show.

I had actually avoided listening to that "Friday" song, but I couldn't stop myself from watching (and loving) this. Oh, Colbert.

the first time I heard it was yesterday when I was er...Friday-rolled, I guess. I prefer the Colbert version, haha. I love that he even wore a tux for it. ♥

I DVRed this and watched it like five times. I know the song is so awful but fuck it, it's actually catchy and gets stuck in my head all the time. STEPHEN COLBERT REMAINS FLAWLESS.

It is so fucking catchy, dude! I heard the original version for the first time yesterday and then spent the rest of the day with GONNA GET DOWN ON FRIDAY repeating through my head. I prefer the Colbert + Roots (+ lol bonus Taylor Hicks) version, though, haha.
