Monday: Woke up early as heck. and ate breakfast for once (rice krisy with milk yummy and did you know that rice krispy has 60% of your iron DV. i'm anemic i notice things like that)
dinner= ramen + chicken broth + mushrooms(sliced thin) + seasoning (shoyu, onion powder+ginger) . in the microwave and boy it was tasty. I was in a rush. and my stomach started acting dumb.
Tuesday(yesterday was my birthday ! I'm 20 now. ah ha!): had cinnamon toast for lunch. and shake from sonic's (lol). Dinner: sauted onions and sliced canned whole potatoes. seasoned with garlic powder, sesame seeds, seasoning salt, and pepper). With canned asparagus I microwaved and sprayed some butter on.
Today: after the hellish engineering economy and physics test(physics was first, over slept got there 1/2 hr late) I ate some kasha with raisins and coconut. and it was tastey.
hope that gives you some ideas, folks. Now off to write a list. I really hope that I am being helpful. am I?
